Help needed - Dedicated Server issue (Armahosts)

Hello!
My group is having some issues with their dedicated server, and i can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
(Sorry in advance for the text spam from here on, trying to give as much information as i can right away)

Explanation of where i think the issue came from:
So due to the Warlords update, our dedicated server had a version mismatch with our version, so i hopped onto armahosts and temporarily shut the server down, clicked "Steam Update", turned it back on, only to be met with ACE signature mismatch. This was to be expected due to the recent ACE update, so i turned server off again, deleted old ACE files and key, replaced with new ones, then turned it back on.

Now, here's where it gets whacky; After this, every mod ...got duplicated?
Basically, upon trying to join, you'll see "Community Base Addons v3.9.0" and "Advanced Combat Environment 3.12.5" on the required mods part, and "CBA_A3" and "ace" on the not allowed part.

It seems to have something to do with the Commandline, since after fiddling around with the server files for a few hours (deleting CBA and ACE, then reuploading etc) i decided to copy the Commandline, and then the server instead decided to not even bother loading any of the mods.
EDIT: If i switch back to original commandline that we used, the server does load mods but the Signature mismatch issue still persists.

I've been at this for hours now, and i'm at my wits end.
(FYI; i'm not the 'owner' of the server. I've been granted permissions and login to maintain it for the players in our group, since i provide most of the maps.)

The issue was resolved at the same time as ArmaHost did something with the servers, one of your staffmembers took a look. Thanks again!
