Yes, I use that combination - tried freetrack initially but had some teething issues with Windows 7 64 bit. I went to FTNoir as I'd used that previously without a pointer. It seems ambient lighting around you is a big factor, I loose at least one of the three points on the Delanclip when I move my head.
I found playing with the Threshold makes a positive effect on smoothness but it seems I have to play around with it every time I use the thing - unless I decide to play at the same time, under the same lighting, sitting in the same place everytime....
Well I only paid £25 instead of £150 so happy with some use I guess!
Also my Microsoft webcam keeps auto focusing (has the effect of leaning forward in game) and I can't find a way to disable it in FaceTrackNoIR.
As for the sensitivity- curvature settings are something you just have to play around with... what's comfortable for some is weird for others.
