ARMA 3 Tilde key not working.

I have 3 profiles on Arma. One that I made and do not use and also can not change or delete, then my two main ones, cop and civ. I heard this can happen with having many profiles so i narrowed down to 2 and that did not help. The tilde key is used for identifying people as you know. This key works once in a blue moon but most of the time it will not work in game and it is not my keyboard. I tried setting to another key and that did not work aswell. I also tried using another profile, it does not work on the main profile either. Please help this is pretty urgent and a very important command in the game.
