It'll give you an HTML that anyone can drag onto the launcher and it'll do it's thing.
You can also create a Steam Workshop collection, which is the same thing, except not as user friendly.
I swear if I find you reuploading all the mods as one big "mod" I will report the hell out of that workshop entry. Single most infuriating thing whenever I look through, closely followed by "Let's just put all the categories on so more people find my trash!"
How many mods do you have, for crying out loud?
Nobody cares about a license if you are playing with your friends and not going to share it to everyone apart who plays with you, i did the same plenty of times as i hate having 4000 mods loaded and activate them 1 by 1.
