infiSTAR ban

I hoping anyone can give me some helpful tipps. Yesterday i played on the CCG Overpoch panthera server and everything is fine but when i tried logging in today i got the message that i got kicked due to a infiSTAR ban, no reason or ban number or anything. When i tried to contact an admin on TS he told me since it infistar i probably have to appeal my ban on a infistar forum. (infiSTAR is a tool that they installed on the server so they should be able to delete the bans from the banlist, shouldn't they?) Anyway i dont know what this all is about can some people explain me whats the problem with infiSTAR or help/give me tipps in any other way?

infiSTAR is a hack tool masquarading as a security / anti-hack. If you're playing on servers with it enabled then at least the admins are actively cheating or it will be attracting others using it to hack themselves.

Don't believe me? Do a search for it. Most of the links point to places like Cheat Happens, etc. Coincidence? I don't think so.

As to your ban, infiSTAR has no formal procedures for unban except as implemented by admins on a per-server ad hoc basis. If the admin won't help then I'm afraid you've got no other recourse open to you. Sorry.

I also got a ban, not sure why to be honest, never downloaded any sort of cheat and or exploit. I'll contact them when I can be arsed. (Also no ban reason or anything)
