also in relation to your threats ... you can still play on servers w/o BE ...
The threats are not a threat they are facts. In America this falls under false advertisement. You can not sell a product (or in this case multiple products) and then block out the main reason for buying the product for no reason. You can say what you want, but we will find out Tomorrow for sure if I am right. If I am a lot of people will follow suit, and then from now on when BI releases a game that I want to play I will just get a friend or someone to teach me how to download it for free so I can play on serers w/o BE as you say.
This does not strike me as a fair outcome, regardless of how inconvenienced you feel. In fact, I would almost go as far to say this is quite fraudulent. I hope your lawyer is aware of this and has advised you accordingly.

You can not sell a product and then ban some one from 90% of the servers just to force them to rebuy your game multiple times. I consider that fraud personally. I just hope more players that were banned unfairly get their money back. I wish I had enough money to take this to court, I don't even care about the money. I just want to see a fix, but it untill it happens I will just post negative reviews on every BI related product, and tell people who are treated unfairly to report it.
You have had your refund. What bothers me is the method by which you have achieved this and as a result, still have access to the game. You can take this to court but be advised, your position is compromised while this title is still in your steam library.
Did you also tell your credit card company you have played the game for 120 hours?
You can try to take some sort of moral high ground all you like but right now, you look like the criminal to me.
As for taking it to court, in order to file I would have to find a lawyer willing to travel, as well as be willing to travel myself. I would not be able to afford such a claim. Also when the CC giving me my money back (A 100% refund) there is no way I could take this to court anyway. It would take some one else that has not gotten their money back to do it. I am well advised on the subject at hand. The best thing I can do at this point is warn anyone/everyone against this product. See what is sad is I had an easier time talking to my credit card company and getting them to support me on this, then going to BE or BI and get the situation resloved to begin with. Where I am from Customer Support actually supports the customer. Businesses do their best to keep a credible name with the BBB as well as with their consumers. This is the first claim I have ever filed with my bank/credit card. Being a 15+ year member and not once asking for my money back on a product carrys some weight with it.

@Dwarden I got banned for nothing because I did nothing. Also creditbility for what I am not recomending anyone do anything illegal. You can report anone to any of the sites mentioned. In my country you can dispute any charge on a credit card as well. If you are wrong you will get a "Sorry we can not help you". Either way I did not care about 65$ its not about that. The reason I reported it is I have a deep hope that others report it and get their money back as well. BI needs to fix this problem, I hope if enough people get their money back it will cause them to fix it. If not then oh well.
