Arma 3
Black Shadow Mercs
Hey everyone. I'm the founder of Black Shadow Mercenaries, and I'm here to offer you all an opportunity to get rich, look awesome, and not die within 5 minutes of hitting the drop zone. Recruitment is never too hard for PMCs, so I'll keep this brief. Black Shadow Mercenaries is a Mercenary company made up of ex-SEALs, ex-Marines, ex-Canadian Spec Ops and so on. Together, we've formed the most elite PMC on the planet. Here at Black Shadow, we specialize in HVT Extraction, execution, and transport. If there is someone you need out of a hot-zone, we're your guys. Outside of that, we do pretty much whatever we're hired to do. So, if this means that the Russians want a compound clear of NATO, we do it, so long as we get paid. That's the reason we're all here, right? So let's do this.
At Black Shadow Mercenaries, we have an innovative economy system. Gear costs money, after all, and if we don't get enough to pay for what we want, we don't get it. That being said, we get paid for the type of job we do. If we need to clear out a large town, we'll get $100k to do so. But if we're just protecting a warehouse, we get payed less. Regardless, you'll be paid well, but just don't expect us to be toting tanks in the first 5 Minutes.
The company pays for your basic gear. A lot of PMCs make you buy everything yourself, but here at Black Shadow Mercenaries, we will pay for your basic gear every time you need it. After that, it's up to you or your squad CO to get what you need.
We're elite. A lot of PMCs are made up of office workers who want an adrenaline rush, and have no experience in the field. Like I said, we are made up of mostly Ex-Spec Ops, and some of us have real life experience.
We provide training. Don't get me wrong, a lot of people hate training. But here at Black Shadow Mercenaries, we provide you with the best possible tactics to use in the field.
We're pretty realistic. Don't get me wrong, everyone likes to joke around here. But when we are in Ops, we are calling each other "Sir", because if you don't, someone could die(Don't ask me how).
We have our own dedicated Base of Operations(Dedicated Server) and Communication Hub(Teamspeak), along with our own market of weapons, uniforms and vehicles(Play With 6 Collection)
There you go. Are you interested in joining the Army of Tomorrow? If you have any other questions, just stop by our Communications Hub at
ts32.gameservers.com:9317
And request a recruiter. We'll get you sorted out in no time.

Quick thing-We do have a 13GB mod collection, and 7 of it is made up of AllInArmA, so keep that in mind

Also, we now offer a unique economy system!

Do you have a specific age limit? How many members do you have? How often do you play? And are you mil-sim or relaxed?

Age Limit-No, if you're mature and don't sound like you're 11, we will allow you. All of us are in high school or collage.
Members-6 or 7 per op, 13 total.
We play Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. And on weekdays if people are on(Which we normally do, so we do stuff at least every other day)
We're relaxed, I suppose. None of the "Yes Sir" "No Sir" Stuff. We kid around a lot, but once we're in combat, we're very serious.

Further questions?

Added, but the short version is that I feel as though having my members to keep track of another password is just a pain for them to keep track of. We have one, but it's not fully set up
