We are a British Realism unit and as such focus on keeping our methods and
tactics as close to realistic as we can while also keeping things a fun
as possible. We operate on Mutual Respect and request those that join
respect whomever is running the Mission to stay on task.

Being based around British and Special Forces we have a coherent rank
structure with Ranks given to those who are willing to put the effort in
and make the Unit better. Rank is not a requirement to have a chance at
leading a team nor does it entitle anyone to any ‘special’ treatment.
With Rank comes Responsibility.
The minimum requirements for joining X Squadron are currently as follows:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
16/17 is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants must own a working, legal copy of ArmA III.

Applicants must own a working, legal copy of ArmA III: Apex.

Applicants must have or be able to install Teamspeak 3.

Applicants must have a working microphone.

Applicants must be able to make at least 2/4 weekly operations per month.
Currently held on Sundays from 1900 - 2300 GMT (members must stay until 2200 GMT minimum).

Applicants must not be a member of any other ArmA III MILSIM unit at any point during their application or membership with XSQN.
We do not tolerate people who dual clan.
