PORT FORWARDING (ArmA3) (Firewalls)

ArmA3 uses the same default ports as ArmA2 with the addition of 2 steam ports. So if you intend running A2 and A3 servers on the same machine, you need to edit the ports used
Default ports are all UDP and as follows

2302 (Arma3 Game port)
2303 (Server reporting)
2305 (Von)
8766 (Steam port)
27016 (Steam query port)

these ports i had them already open, still it doesnt work.

I cant even start Battleye in Services LOL ??? Even after making it automatic and restarting the computer???

They offered me a refund, but i wont accept it for the moment, i will wait just in case battleye grows some balls and fixes this

In the event this helps, I have had limited success by going to start > run > type in "cmd" and press enter, then entering "ipconfig /flushdns" and pressing enter.

(edit: Don't ask me why this sometimes works, I have no clue.)

What seems to fix this is getting a new public IP or waiting for server restart. My uneducated guess is the server stores something that connects your IP to a Battleye ID. Might be that your Battleye client gets a new ID and the server gets confused thinking it's talking to the old Battleye ID that your IP address points to. This data gets flushed when the server restarts. That's my guess anyhow.

In any case, if you don't want to wait till server restart, you will need a new public IP address which can be aquired if you shut down your modem, wait for your ISP to reserve your old IP for someone else (could take anywhere from 10 minutes to multiple hours) and firing your modem back up. Also, if you can change your modem's MAC address (can't go into detail on how to do this), your ISP might provide a new IP address to you. What I did was I just shut down my modem, shared the internet from my phone to my PC and played with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ping for a few hours. Playing on 77th JSOC servers.
