I'll give it a shot. Thanks.
That's what I've read. So why in the world is my OS telling me I'm using up so much of my resources with Arma 3? Gonna have to check my resource monitor as well. (I'm guessing with -nopause)
Upped my virtual memory allocation via windows (was set really low) and my OS doesn't yell at me anymore when I exit the game even with aero running.
Just wish I could pinpoint the cause of this unresponsive desktop issue...
Maybe the registry has leftovers. Install CCleaner and run both the Cleaner and more important Registry options. It's not my fault if anything goes wrong. I always carelessly run it myselfe btw. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Side note. I'm on my first Intel cpu. It's an i5 ivy and I don't like it. It does what it wants. All my former AMD seemed more flexible. Will be going back to AMD on my next build.
Try running with it off and see if it still complains. It should help with system responsiveness as physical RAM is way faster than the page file can read/write.
even if your antivirus scans for it a manual scan will be a deep scan of your pc.
