?:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\BattlEye
...is up to date. Try checking...
C:\Users\*yourPCusername*\AppData\Local\Arma 3\BattlEye
Make sure there is a BEClient up to date there.
Have you read the FAQ here?[www.battleye.com] You just need to scroll down a little.
You should find the BEService.exe at...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
Still, make a backup, put it somewhere safe and delete the original folder. Not going to do any harm and you can always place it back.
Edit: If it doesn't work that way, try verifying cache through steam or doing a complete re install, deleting all Arma 3 folders around your computer....but remember to make backups of anything in them you might want to keep.
Edit 2: Found this.[forums.bistudio.com] Though I'd still make backups just incase.
Also, when you say you set up exclusions, for BEService? or Arma3?
