Update all software.
Run sfc /scannow as admin to check and fix disk integrity. Do defrag.
Check that it's allowed in WinDef firewall (probably incorrect but there might be overwrite code happening. idk wild guess there. lol).
It might be a memory issue. AV can do that. Kill all other unnecessary background programs using "Task Manager" and/or "services.msc" and/or WinDefender Firewall.
Other than that, there is I think a way for the data stream to be interupted if you have both a USB 1 device (mouse or keyboard) and a USB 2 device (trackIR camera) in the same hub. They have to combine to the slowest common denominator data rate. Also having a USB storage device like a USB-stick or USB powered harddrive doesn't help the camera gettings it's data to the PC in a sufficient rate.
So thankfully it was an easy fix, even with my framerate being pretty all over the place, I'm playing with a beast PC 13th gen CPU, 32gb 5600mhz RAM so I can usually get well over 100fps while playing Arma although it fluctuates as much as you would expect anywhere between 70 and 180, without effecting trackIR performance oddly.
Thank you for all your replies.
