Port forwarding setup failed please check your Upnp/Igd

I have been getting this error whenever i try to host a server, however my router is a virgin media superhub 3.0 and i went onto it and enabled UPNP HOWEVER whenever i go and host a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ server it gives me the error

necro or not, for UPnP to work the service needs to be enabled (and started) in Windows aswell
