Arma 3 Warlord Request Menu error

When I am in Warlord and it says push "I" for request, I get my inventory instead of the Request Menu. Any way to avoid this? I really want to play Warlords.

Push I is invertory and hold I is warlord menu.

i know im really late but i hold i and it open my inventory and no menu :)
