Arma 3 not working since downloading apex.

I recently bought the apex dlc in the hopes of getting my hands on some new vehicles and to be able to make some awesome maps for other players. however, after downloading it, the game crashes whenever I try to start it up and I get an error message telling me "bad version 73 in p3d file " and that there's something wrong with the vegitation textures. I've tried restartimg my pc and reinstalling the game on top of verifying the files several times. I payed good money for the game and the dlc, and now it's unplayable. Someone please help me.

Just tried it. it did not work. it said that there was something wrong with the grass.

Are you on / have you played with the Dev branch (or any other available)?
Using Beta/Dev/etc. versions of the game has once messed up my game.

You could try clearing your Steam download cache and verifiy the cache once more.

Try setting your launcher world parameter to "Empty World".

If ↑ doesn't work, head on over to the Feedback site[feedback.bistudio.com] and upload your .rpt logs :)
Hopefully the devs will have a fix

I have had to verify the the game files up to 3 times before it downloaded something, is it the standard Maps- Altis, straits, Tanoa etc?

i had similar problems (though not the exact one you are having), i deleted all my launch options and my game hasnt crashed since. used to crash 15 mins in to any game mode i tried.

I'm not sure If I'm on a dev branch, but I do know that I haven't looked at the world launcher yet. I'll give that a try.
