Launcher error 103

So, every time i try to play game trough launcher it crashers on start (of the launcher).
When i launch ARMA3 directly, it works. But i want to play with mods. The error is very specific and will tell me a lot "error [-103] Unknown". I tried some fixes i found on google like reinstalling redistributable package and using some .cmd file that someone from BI made. I tried launching as administrator, checking integrity of files. Nothing worked.
