Voice Over Net (VON) Does Not Work

Hey everyone so when I try to do VON it does not work. I get the icon down below saying I am speaking but my name does not pop up in the voice chat box below chat and no one can hear me. It is not my mic though because when I do normal voice chat my microphone works. If anyone can help me out that'd be amazing!

Have you check in game audio,, you can set mic. volume and VON volume

Yes, VON is all the way up

I have looking on web and see som post about VON not correct working, but old post, year 2013/2014.

One thing what for the most arma 3 gamers did work ,, start steam as admin (OS).
