Possible fix for joystick/controllers not being recognised.

I hope I've now found a fix for this issue after having similar problems within IL2 Cliffs of Dover. Having searched for solutions to my IL2 CoD problem I found a suggestion to go into Steam settings and make two adjustments if required:

1) Under the controller tab go into "General Controller Settings" and ensure that "Generic Gamepad Configuration Support" is un-checked.

2) Under the Cloud tab ensure that Cloud Synchronization is also un-checked.

Restart Steam and fingers crossed you will have your controllers recognised again. I now have Track IR, Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar and Thrustmaster T.Flight Rudder Pedals all working correctly.
