Loadout Issues

So recently I've been having trouble loading loadouts. I've tried a bunch of methods to fix it. This started to happen after I got on to join a public Zeus server. I had all my mods disabled and had made 100% vanilla loadouts. I tried to load one in the virtual arsenal in the game but it would not load.

Now before this I had made one profile on there but deleted it. I was starting on a fresh profile to fix a few things. So I was completely vanilla. So I thought maybe that server had something wrong with it. Well, I join another public Zeus server and tried there. Same issue.

Later on I uninstalled every single mod I had. Made a new profile. And went in to the 3den editor to try a virtual arsenal there. Bam, issue persists. So right now I'm reinstalling Arma 3. But I wanted to figure out what is causing the issue directly. I had no mods, and I even created a new loadout that was 100% vanilla. And yet something is restricting me from loading.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I've tried multiple solutions. Created a new profile, purged out all the mods, verified the integrity of the game cache, and even reinstalled the entire game. Nothing seems to be working.

I have sometimes issues on some servers that some of my loadouts can't be loaded. But that may be of server restriction because of roles. However your issue sounds way more complicated.

Yeah, I've tried everything I can. Like I said, not even in the 3den editor with completely vanilla loadouts, I cannot load it. I did some testing and apparently I can make and load loadouts if I equip items while in the scenario. But if I make a loadout in the editor, it is for some reason blanked out and I am unable to load it. I'm at a loss for solutions at this point.

Update: Okay new development, I unsubscribed from all the scenarios I had subscribed to on the workshop, and now I can't even start Arma up. So I'm going to reinstall and try again. Not sure what's wrong this time. This seems to be an issue developing in to something more than the loadouts.

Mate with this fixes you are breaking it even more XD. I really don't know what's causing this problems.
Have you tried verifying game cache?
It may not have some files.

Yeah I verified the integrity of the game cache. All the files checked out fine. This has never done this before, but I wouldn't know anything. But I'm going to try it out again to see if it works now. I just thought that maybe a scenario from the workshop was causing issues

I think Arma is broke. I just reinstalled it and now it just will not start. I have no mods. It's completely Vanilla. And yet it just outright crashes. This isn't very good man, lol.

Okay I'm convinced Arma 3 is broke. I've literally deleted all the files, then verified the cache to get all the base files back. Nothing will work. I've reinstalled Arma 3 repeatedly and done everything I can to try and fix it, it just will not work. I'm convinced there is something outside of my control breaking it at this point.

Strange as soon as I subbed to some workshop mods it boots up just fine. This is very peculiar...

I normally have this issue myself, to bypass it, i just make a selection of loadouts instead of just the one. i make like 5 loadouts then it gives me the opportunity to select which one i want and it works for me. Hope this method helps you.

See the problem is I tried making multiple loadouts, and not one of them worked.

Okay I think I fixed it. So, in the 3den editor if I place down a full arsenal, and I edit my loadout while in the scenario, the loadouts work just fun. So I'm not sure what's with the 3den editor not allowing me to make loadouts I can use.
