Arma 3
Headless Client Steam Authentication Failed
So I have an Antistasi server up and running on a desktop I use purely for Servers. It is all working fine except we find performance drops once we start to get into any sort of large combat so I decided I would set up a HC. Unfortunately everytime I run the HC it connects and then immediately disconnects with the error: Steam Verification Failed.

HC profile:
version=1; blood=1; singleVoice=0; gamma=1; brightness=1; battleyeLicense=1; maxSamplesPlayed=96; sceneComplexity=400000; shadowZDistance=100; viewDistance=1000; preferredObjectViewDistance=800; terrainGrid=25; volumeCD=10; volumeFX=10; volumeSpeech=10; volumeVoN=10; vonRecThreshold=0.029999999;

HC.bat:
start "headless" "arma3server.exe" -client -connect=127.0.0.1 "-profiles=C:\Games\Servers\ArmA3\A3Master\ServerProfiles\HC1" -name=hc1 -port=2302 -enableHT "-mod=modlist"
Removed modlist to save space

Server.bat
start /min "" "C:\Games\Servers\ArmA3\A3Master\arma3server_x64.exe" -port=2302 -config=CONFIG.cfg "-profiles=C:\Games\Servers\ArmA3\A3Master\ServerProfiles\S1" -enableHT -autoinit "-mod=modlist"

Config.bat
headlessClients[] ={"127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.101, 192.168.0.72, 172.193.55.213"}; localClient[] ={"127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.101, 192.168.0.72, 172.193.55.213"}; battleyeLicense = 1;
I just copied the relevant part of the config but if you need the whole thing just ask.

Both the local HC and my personal computers HC have the same Steam verification failed issue.

They all have the exact same mod list with their .bikey in the key folder.

I am assuming there is just something that I am missing or not seeing so if you have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

No, not currently. I still keep giving it another try every now and then but I just can't seem to pin point why I am running into this issue.
Anti-Virus?
Firewall?
Internet Security?
ISP?

No antivirus.
Arma3server.exe and Arma3server_x64.exe added to windows firewall exceptions.
No internet security.
ISP is Foxtel NBN-FTH connected by Ethernet.
Wait, you in Australia 🇦🇺?

Yeah, I am.
I’m currently deploying Arma 3 Servers, with 56 GB of RAM 🐏 (and them some) in Sydney.

I normally live in Canberra or Melbourne though.
