PLEASE HELP - I need a Fix for saitek x52 throttle z axis issue (preferably one for dummies)

Just brought a new Saitek Control system ( Saitek x52 Pro) - Joy and seperrate throttle. But Can't configure throttle properly as there is a glich in Arma 3 Programming - Thus creating a problem that the throttle will only go from 50% on the z axis.

Im not computer literate and it requires scripting and also PPJOY and GlovePIE downloads. Which i have no idea after reading the article where to start or really what to do. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at this -

Looking for someone to give me the low down in a more simplifed way.

I have tried youtube videos I have tried re-reading the post but at no point does it make any sense to this old fart.
