Cyclic Redundancy Check

I get an error message when I start the game saying ''Data error (cyclic redundancy check). I tried running without mods. The game also reinstalled itself as Arma 3 tends to do for no good reason from time to time. I tried verifying the gamecache, as if that even helped me a single time. Why is this? I can't find anything on here and everything else I have found on this problem relates back to Arma 2:OA. Anybody had this problem?
