[FIXED]Out of memory error

[EDIT] I deleted my profile/keybindings. It seems that my joystick binds f*cked it up. Now everything works.

Hello.

I've started to encounter this error on startup:

I played the fixed wing- showcase, and decided to chage my audiosource to let my friends hear and see (on the tv) what I was doing. I lost the audio as I changed the source, so I decided to restart ARMA. I saved and quitted. When I tried to restart, the game just threw the error.

I have tried:
Removed all the usb devices from the computer
Running without mods
Running as admin
Unistalling and reinstalling arma 3
Changed my cpu and gpu clocks back to normal
Allocated more virtual memory (and changed it back to system controlled)

System specs:
i7 4770k
gtx 770 2GB
16GB of ddr3 1600MHz
Asus maximus vi hero
boot drive 240 GB ssd
archive drive 2TB hdd (arma is installed here)

If it helps, arma seems to chug up a lot of memory when starting (about 4GB) might there be a memory leak?

Googling the error just gave me examples of having the same error as playing, not in startup.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem and what might be a solution for the problem (inb4 reinstall windows).

raise the amount of space assigned to your pagefile and try again

How much would you recommend? I put it to 10 GB and still same error.

well,last thing to try would be same amount as system memory and reboot but i doubt that gonna help if 10gb isn´t already showing better results.

are you starting the game with admin priv before the error occurs? is it only in that single scenario or does it occur in different parts of the game aswell?

officially,this error is fixed since mid-2015 but yeah...

officially,this error is fixed since mid-2015 but yeah...

No, my game doesn't even "start". The error comes always just after the "Arma 3 Apex"- splash screen. I will continue testing.

yeah, I got the same memory leak as well, I cant even setup singleplayer scenarios and play them without the game crashing and showing a memory error, but I can play those scenarios in the editor without a issue, trying to close the game now takes forever since the new update, I get stuck witha white screen, then after about 10 minutes of waiting I finally get back to the launcher. I hope they fix the game soon
