How to use first aid kit in wasteland

Hello, i know that i need to use scroll wheel when im in a normal game.. but in wasteland there are only two options on a scroll wheel, my gun and personal panel...

I have first aid kits.. found them in a car.. but treat option just isnt there.

You need to be below 75 for the option to appear (under scroll wheel)
