AI walking slowly with gun up?
For some reason I can't get my squad to follow me at a normal pace. They walk with their gun raised even when they are in safe mode. How do I make them go back to normal behaviour?

Try setting your team to "Aware". '~' > '7' > 'Aware' See if that helps.

I still get this issue even after trying to change them to any mode they only walk slowly with guns up, takes them forever to do anything!
