What he means is that the weapons are avalible in the mission and most mission that the community makes. Because I rarly ever see a weapon mod pack included in community made mission and you cant use them in BIS mission, so they just kinda sit there unless you make a mission that includes them.

My Clan has a mod pack that is full of a bunch of ArmA 2 weapons that were modified to look and feel good on ArmA 3.
They wont add anything more, the community has model them like in the years before. They throw us just a sandbox.
