Any good teamwork servers?

Ok here is the thing, I used to love ArmA 2 on insurgency, capture the island game modes vs the ai, and I really enjoyed the whole teamwork involved in the game, but when DayZ came out I found that the ammount of regular servers kinda vanished abit and I stopped playing.
I even enjoyed playing Wasteland in it's early days when the teams used to work together build a base and work as a team
Despite this I still got ArmA 3 in it's Alpha, and it doesn't seem so much from what I have played that many people use commuinication to work together as a team.
So what I am asking if there any servers out there in which teamwork is used? I mean whether it's regular ArmA gamemodes or even a wasteland server where the BLUFOR and OPFOR have a rivalry between each other while independent it the lowest population of players, like it used too.
I'm in the UK, and before any of you say join a unit or a clan or something. I don't feel like having to join a clan or something just to use teamwork, and I don't really want to section my free time just to play a game, the way I think ArmA should be played.

So do you guys know any servers in particular where people are using teamwork?

Any servers would be greatly appreciated.

Go and checkout Ahoyworld's invade&annex servers. They are pretty good when it comes to using comms/teamwork. Not ShackTack good, but still.. :P

Yeh I played on their server today quite a few people working together, was nice too see teamwork again :)

I'm always a fan of domination servers (players vs ai, fighting to win the island one location at a time). A few clans run public servers, and they can have some pretty nice teamwork going as well (though there will still be the occasional game where no admins are on and a few bad apples will bring the quality of the server down)

Well I think I played on the Ahoyworld's invade&annex servers, teamwork seemed to be alright on there

Phoenix Down Gaming is always a good option for tactical realism. PDG Domination server :)

I quite liked playing Insurgency in ArmA 2, the fact that for the most part it's Humans vs AI but when a few of the enemies are actual players things get a little bit more interesting. But I haven't really seen an insurgency server in ArmA 3 yet, so yeah. But just happy found a server in which it seems people are working as a team, and I may check out the that Phoenix Down Gaming perhaps.
