Anyone tried out an Ebay Gaming Mouse?
I know the golden rule... you get what you pay for. But even some things in life can show a little quality on a budget... sooo.... I did a search on Ebay for "Gaming Mouse" and got LOTS of results around $15-$20 and they are actually really cool looking. I am simply just looking for something with more buttons that isn't $60-$100. Anyone bought one of these before?? feedback??? here is one for reference... many others but this is just an example. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Professional-PC-USB-Wired-Optical-2000DPI-Manba-1Gaming-Mouse-w-retail-box-/151085202758?pt=Mice&hash=item232d613d46

you'll want to look at programability. Logitech, Razer, and some others have their own software that lets you reprogram the buttons to keys which is nice for games that don't support all of the mouse fuctions (which surprisingly is quite a few).

Also if you have a PC hardware store close, check out the mice on display to find a shape/size that fits your hand just to get an idea. I bought a Razer a while back on the www and although the mouse worked fine, it was waaay too small for my hand and I couldn't even use two of the buttons because I had to curl my fingers to reach them...not fun

Search around on newegg.com for some ideas, reviews, and prices (they usually sell their stuff for a little less than MSRP)

I bought a Razer Naga about a year ago and I don't really think I could live without it I think your best bet is to go to an actual store like Micro Center if there is one near you and actually hold the mouse in your hands before you purchase one especially if you're going to sink some money into it. If you're looking for something a little cheaper I'd suggest a Logitech product.

I got the:

http://www.amazon.com/computers-accessories/dp/B005CPGHAA

and I have to say for 12.00 its on par with with the Razers and logitechs.. I get percise, smoothing, responsive movement. 5 buttons. Glows blue which is a cool little night lite when trying to find the mouse without knocking over everything... Check it out...

I also got:

Thanks everyone! I suppose for being so cheap it would not hurt to try it out.... i think I'll order that one XileAcual posted and then if it doesn't work out... there is a TigerDirect down the street that has A LOT on display... not a big fan of their prices but at least I can put my hands on some to tryout.
