in arma 3 alpha it was working fine i played with ultra but in arma beta i cant play in low

G46VW RoG Edition Laptop? Thats what i'm runnin with. Also to OP. That is strange. If anything I got improvement coming into Beta. About 15-20 FPS improvements. It isn't like that for all servers. Just a select few. I still run on 20-30 FPS on most. Especially Wasteland. But Coop And other modes i'm getting 30-60 depending on whats going on in the battlefield.

Are you playing the vanilla version or the [DEV] version? At the moment the [DEV] version running low on FPS and have some stuttering. But it might be corrected next week?

Have you Dated your Video Card Drivers lately? I have Gtx 260 and run around 20-30fps with no lag. When it starts to lag, that's when i'll start worrying.

I posted you a link above you need to start tweaking your rig, if want any chance of running at 60 fps, the engine is 10 years old and requires alot of cpu power to run, if set up right you can play wasteland on a sa_matra server with 60+ fps.

What $obriety^ said re: Wasteland by Sa-Matra... the other more famous/prolific versions by GoT and 404 Wasteland have a bit of a rep for less than stellar coding, which DOES affect fps.

I get about 45 FPS on a fresh server, but it does degrade over time. I've disabled FXAA in my settings and the drop is less substantial but still there. I do believe its related to server side frame rate and performance to a certain degree.

I run on dual GTX 680's with a 580 doing PhysX on a i7 960 Bloomfield, but overall 45 seems to be right about the top end I can get currently with all settings on Ultra and FXAA disabled.

I'm less concerned about that than I am the latest beta builds apparent memory leak, but I only CTD after fairly long play sessions so I'm not too worried about it. 45 FPS is acceptable to me for beta software.
