!!!Epilepsy warning/Epilepsy visual seizures!!!

When firing fixed gun in chopper at night with night vision on the flashes inside the cockpit hurt my eyes and made me feel unwell needs tonned down big time or an Epilepsy warning should be given this is the only game i have ever played in my life that has done that to me or am i the only one getting this?
