After all, I think its mainly up to you. If you would like to have the ArmA 3 sountrack in high quality and those digital maps/guides + want to support the developers, you should buy it.
You should also check out the "Supporter Edition" for 69.99€.
The Supporter Edition gives you all the bonuses of the Deluxe Edition + ArmA X (ArmA 1 + 2 with all DLCs except Army of the Czech Republic. You can give it to a friend if you have it already) + All future ArmA 3 DLCs for free (!)
The Supporter Edition is only available at the offical Bohemia Store http://www.arma3.com/buy
Please keep in mind that the Digital Maps/Guides and Sountrack are not yet available and will be released with the full game
