Steam ticket check failed- kick - freeze

this needs to be removed. i cannot watch Steam ruin a game like this. its absolutely awful. Steam if you are going to force to enable this kind of crap, can you at least make it robust enough that it does not kick people whos steam works fine every damn 10 minutes

Me and some friends enjoying an Amra3 mission. Intense firefight and both of them got bumped from dedicated server with steam ticket fail, not once, but 4 or 5 times each. I did not get bumped for some reason. Dedicated server is hosted on my PC.

seems to be happening to everyone. and if you validate your game files. you'll see the "installscript.vdf" and "steam_appid" files are changed/updated. so i'm leaning towards steam-side problem or communication between steam and arma. idk, but almost everyone is having crashes and most can't play for over 30 mins max

I was playing on Graves Yard coop server the other day with about 28 people we had a steam ticket failed and there was only 6 left in the server that alot of kicks in one minute

this needs to be removed or fixed. this is absolutely dreadful, and is in no way showing steam as a reliable ''gaming library'' platform. i want steam 10 million lightyears away from my games. keep the steam connection to the games that Steam have developed themself. stop ruining other Dev's games damnit.

its a bug from the alpha when you crash that is displayed.. basicy saying steam cant find the player anymore so exits. nothing to do with steam.

yeah to follow up with this. the actual error logs from arma 3's localappdata shows its the Physx_x86 file that fails and causes the crash. fortunately, the issue has be posted and assigned on the bug tracker for BiS

another follow up for anyone who cares...i deleted only my Physx_x86 file in steam/commonBLAHBLAHBLAH arma 3. then validated my game files, which it redownloaded the file. now i can play just fine. though some of your weapon profiles or settings may have been altered. just change them back

this happens with all steam games sometimes.. massive games like counter strike tf2 ect. every is steam now so im sure this bug will be fixed with arma series
