Option to disable motion blur...

Personally I like the post processing effects but I despise motion blur. The problem is that I have to turn off the post processing effects to disable the motion blur.

So there reallly needs to be an individual option to disable motion blur without having to turn off all of the post processing effects.

Anyone agree?

post processing effects is a stupid effect overall, Always turn that ♥♥♥♥♥ of in every game. Only drains cpu/gpu and game looks worse imo

Post process you can have a safe bet on it being responsible for the Depth of Field, Motion Blur and Bloom effect in most games. They're camera effects, they don't belong in any sort of simulation.

I recall there being a way to disable motion blur for Arma2 by editing a config file. It may work for arma 3, just google arma 2 config tweaks for more fps.

Personally I can't stand any of the PP effects so I have no problem turning it off, depth of field is one of those 'next gen' (i.e. current gen) tinsel features like over the top particles, bloom and HDR. Then again it's hard to argue against more things being optional, so let's hope they add more fine-tuning settings.

Yeah, I think all of the PP effects should be optional. I'm fine with things like HDR and bloom but I don't like DoF, and I especially despise motion blur.

It's all personal preference so more choices the better.

No blur will come out in time guys, just be patient if your a first person player. Its come out for every arma so far, keep an eye for it at Armaholic.com guys.
