Best assault rifle, lowest recoil automated gun?

Which are?
(In prone position) I think the C9A2 has the best recoil, you can hold down the trigger to supress for a long while, and actually hit targets.
The Mk 200 has insane recoil.

What about assault rifles? The C8A2 is quite nice, imo.
The Katiba 6.5 is quite nice, long barrel, fast ROF and decent recoil.
Which gun has the lowest recoil, which has the higher ROF and which has the best travel time?

The Mk18 ABR is a good choice IMO. Decent damage and effective to 1km apparently.
