Arma gives you a fantastic amount of freedom and option to re-map any key you wish!
So... I suggest you re-map the keys to suit your stlye, sit back and enjoy!
I don't understand how anyone can complain when they give you the option to choose :)
Same here, Just takes practice, FSX is just a game, ARMA is a War sim.
mrunbelieveable, though I'd have to agree with you for your last post, why not give it a try and learn to utilize the weapon selection process that BI has developed for you?
I'm pretty sure you learnt how to switch weapons for other FPS when you were first exposed to them right?
I've been playing for awhile and have never come across situations where I had to press a 3 button combination to react to.
If this is what gets on your nerves I would highly recommend a submission to the developers via a bug tracker to suggest improvements for the game rather than taking a laid back approach and crying foul over button configuration. Remember, when we got the game, we are also making our voices heard through suggestions to the developers.
Have a good day.
If you prefer games like COD and Battlefield, very well.
The "game" itself is quite slow paced so you wont need a hot-key for entering a vehicle and so on.
