So i'm not crazy... it was F until yesterday... now i have "next weapon" on F key. How is fire mode called in options screen?
Firemode IS Next Weapon, use it once to switch from Semi to Auto, and then again to switch to Grenade Launcher.
I guess it was some kind of bug, it stopped working for a while... now everything is ok ;)
to me F key doesn't work :-(

what is it on xbox controll pls
next weapon just puts weapons away now, it doesn't switch firemode anymore, this is really pissing me off
hello, please, what is the command to use the weapon in automatic mode? here it is only in semi-auto no matter the weapon that is, the "F" so puts rma shoulder!
So: THE DEFAULT KEY TO CHANGE FIREMODE IS F. Nevertheless, seems like sometimes the game just gets stuck. If it stops working just try to reboot the game.
Go to the options, and re-configure your settings.
When there already is a "F", delete it and use your Keyboard and type a "F" again.
In that case, you can also use the "Default key"-function.

I had this issue, too. A few things have changed on my side and ArmA3 had a huge update with the 3Den editor. I was not able to move in the eden editor, so I had to set the "Standard keys" WASD in addition to my settings.

Also, there are some commands added regarding "Switch weapon group".
Also, it might be that you use Keys in your configuration that became standard for other actions after the update.

Remember to make a backup of your config file, because it can be a mess to re-configure all of your settings.

The "F" key

NOT THE F KEY !~

why not just look in the config options and maybe remap it if needed?
You guys know this is 3 years old
Is there a way to see what firing mode you're currently in without the Artillery Computer?

where it like says close, medium, far, further or extreme.

I'd like to know for playing King of the Hill where the artillery computer is disabled and I dont want to shoot with direct line of sight. I also have an external calculator website using coordinates and returning the required angle and firing mode. I just cant figure out what firing mode I'm in so I keep missing shots because of haveing the gun ranged too far or too short.
