What port to open?

I live in college dorms and all ports are are blocked here. So if i want to play this game i have to go and make a request to open a port and bla bla... a lot of work for nothing.
So i am wondering what ports do i need to tell him to open for me?

I opened the following UDP ports:
13139,2300-205, 24672, 27016, 27900,28900,29900,29901,38539,51424,8766.

didnt work for me or my friends, over a month without playin due to not being able to host games anymore, pile of cack.

In order to host games, you need to forward the default incoming connection ports to a specific local-NAT IP. These ports are:

UDP 2302-2305

yeah myself and several friends are used to porting but it doesnt seem to work with myself or my friends. have opened all the relevant ports and still nothing.
