How do I set waypoints for the AI in game?

You select the AI unit in your squad with your function keys (e.g. F2) or all of them with tilde (~), point where you want them to go with your mouse, then use the action menu or spacebar to select move there.

You can also select units and then use the map (m) to order them further away.

What i want is to set several waypoints, and use the move to next waypoint that I see in the action menu. I should have been clearer on that.

You can set your own personal waypoints using SHIFT + LEFTCLICK on the map.

That just sets a marker in game. I want AI to follow a serie of waypoints, kinda like you do in the editor.

place the marker down on map and hit 9 then 1 then tell them to go to next waypoint.

There's is currently no way of setting multiple waypoints unless you download mods. WW AI Menu lets you place multiple waypoints and more, even better, stuff. Like garrison a building, or clear a building, or seek inventory at a specific ammo crate, body, or vehicle.
