And FYI: You can't get VBS as a consumer. Only commercial customers, goverments and other organziations can get the simulator.
And for the n°3 and 4 I got my answer.
The two modules VBS 2 Fire and VBS 2 Strike don't interest me, I'm more interested by ground combat and scenario editing so VBS 3 is enough for me.
you can get JCOVE lite free, (based on VBS2) it was developed for the UK Ministry of Defence who released it as freeware/recruiting tool
just search JCOVE lite and choose a reputable download site.

I found the answer, vbs2 is 500$ vbs3 3000$ Crowd 870$ and their is a lot of additional content (but specialized and don't have a big interest, I don't know if I way a VBS 4 for buy VBS 3 or if I buy only VBS 2 and wait for a drop of VBS 3 price
