Which rig would run this better?

-Amd Radeon 6870 1gb
-AMD FX-4100 3.6ghz
-8gb ram

"new pc"
-GTX 750ti 2gb
-Intel pentium g620 2.6ghz
-8gb ram

I'm asking this because I heard that Intel cpus are better than AMD, which I have no doubt it true. I have never built my own pc before, I bought this off a friend and I don't get good frames online in Arma 3, and just wondering would the new pc play it better. thanks.

GTX 750 ti sc
i5 750 2.67
8 RAM
300w power supply
I am able to run the game on ultra with a view distance of 2500 with everything max but atoc and fsaa and i get about 24-45 fps. Just compare your current build to this to see.

I just joined a 65 person atlas life server and am getting about 25 fps in the city and 35 fps out of it.

I get about 30 fps in the city with my settings on high.

Just to add on to what i said on standard settings i get 35 fps in the city and on low i get 40 fps.
Do keep in mind that my cpu is better than the pentium you listed.

No matter what you really throw at this game in terms of hardware, in the end its the servers hardware that will determine your online fps. 30 fps is normal in this game.

I know right, i was getting 40 on low and 35 on standard and i dont have that great of a rig.
