AP is AntiPersonal in ArmA, not Armor piercing.
AT is used for AntiTank, which is ArmorPiercing.
Keep aiming with the crosshair on the target while the missile is mid-air.
By this, you can shoot with any AT-Missile without locking on a target.
So it is possible to destroy a hovering heli with a AT missile.
I don't know why the missile launcher have a recoil. For me it's a bug.
>Was is worth getting the AP for 60k?
I guess this part is related to the "King of the Hill"-mode?
Ill keep trying, but the recoil is so powerful that by the time I control it, the rocket has flown 1km... even holding breath.
Maybe it needs to be shot no scope?
Would the AA or AT rockets work just as well for the purpose of shooting Infantry?
also, i suggest firing the missile upwards and then after it got some altitude, aim to the target
In the KotH, when you have less money, the best buy is a AT-Titan launcher.
Medium armoured vehicles are not a problem, you need 2 grenades (Explosive perk or rtb for rearm) for a heavy tank, but receive money for assisting in a tank kill as well.
As before mentioned, just aim with the crosshair on the target while the missile is in the air. The rocket will be guided onto the target.
When you see a landing heli, wait untill it is on the ground and lock on with a AT-launcher. This is the best way to shooting infantry with a rocket! Have fun!
