help installing the halo mod

i have the eridanas insurrection mod. the file ion is an a4 page. can i have some help on how to use it. i am using the windows 8 asus K55V. can someone help me?

wat?! The file is on an A4 page!? Did you print out the files in raw text or something? O_o

not at all sure what hes talking about but i too could use some advice on installing TEI mod.
im assuming i screwed up on where to save the file to.
i use PWS to manage my mods.
Steam is on C:
a typed out path showing me where to save it would be hugely appreciated. I know enough 'puter to be a danger to myself ;)

I don't know where you downloaded it from, but this is where I downloaded from:

After downloading it extract the file and place @TEI folder into your Arma 3 directory. For example my directory is: Disk (E:) > Steam > steamapps > common > Arma 3.

After placing it into folder, launch the game, go to the option menu(configure), expansions, click on TEI to enable it. It will restart your game and you should have access to the Halo addons in the editor.
