paradise found + game over

I finished the paradise found mission and took the find miller route and unlocked the game over mission.

If i replay paradise found and take the other route through it will I unlock any other missions.

+ is there something special about game over?
the reason i ask is that the save option is blanked out.

Yes, you'll unlock a different mission by taking the other route but as always you have to revert your progress if you want to play it. The save option is blanked out because dieing is one of two ways to conclude the story of infantryman Ben Kerry.
