Old Man - Complete list of important locations – No Editor Gameplay Tips
This is the list of all CSAT and Gendarmerie bases, outposts, and checkpoints along with weapon caches once they are ''discovered'' and ''marked'' on the map. I did not include markets, houses, stashes, etc. There are many other tips out there, however this post is meant to take you straight to the location with no fuss. You will also find some practical tips for less-known locations and a few other things to make your gameplay more thrilling. Feel free to share your interesting and practical locations with a grid number if you think anything is missing below that are not Editor related.

Less Known Tips:
-Hitting a military helicopter with a rocket launcher or minigun may force it to crash land unless it blows up. Kill pilots with a higher caliber weapon if they stay inside and fix your helicopter with a service vehicle or toolbox. Interact with the helicopter so it won't disappear if you leave. Refuel, repair, and re-stock by bringing service vehicles, ammo, and fuel vehicles to your home along with your helicopter.

-Unlock 40 Yellow (private) Safe Houses in 5 different regions by ''reading'' the leaflet inside the accommodation ($99). To unlock them all, you must find any house in the particular region with a leaflet. You can find all the ''Safe Accommodation In'' in these locations.

You need a prompt ''Hold SPACE to examine'' when you approach the leaflet. Now you can fast travel between your house, green (L'Ensemble), and yellow (private) safe houses. Safe houses are illuminated from the inside at night with more furniture. In total, you will have access to about 60 Safe Houses you can use to fast travel. The best practice is to do this at the beginning of the campaign.

-If you accumulate enough military vehicles in front of your house and blow it all up, CSAT armored vehicle will show up at your house.

-You can hang up your weapons in your shed and store stuff in the crate under the table.

-Devil's Due is easy as pie without flying. Get the balaclava, uniform, explosives, and head to the island without completing any missions.

-If you destroy any of the AA radars before they are ''discovered'' on the map and then ''discover'' them on the map after you have destroyed them, they will not be greyed out.

-Suppressor .338 can also be found on the Black Market if you are lucky.

-Some CSAT soldiers and Gendarmerie are equipped with Suppressors.
-Some CSAT soldiers and Gendarmerie on the rooftops may be equipped with ''better'' weapons.

A downloadable map of Tanoa with all discoverable icons has been added to the list along with some new locations. Unlock 40 new safe houses by visiting a house in 5 different regions plus much more.
Thanks for the detailed post. Do you know if there is a way to refuel boats?

Yes. Refueling, repairing, and rearming by proximity just like any other vehicle. Park a fuel truck anywhere close to where you can park a boat as well (pier, beach). I refueled and repaired the submarine you get to steal at the very end of the game to escape Tanoa before. I used a pier in Georgetown if I remember correctly. There is a military fuel truck in the area. Beach works as well just don't get stranded.
