Any control schemes similar to the reforger ps5 controls?

Really not getting on with any of the control schemes so far, im new to steam deck and pc gaming, but I loved the gameplay on ps5 reforger, had no issues with it. Are there any lay outs out there similar to that?

I really cant get my head round it. Theres five hundred commands lmao. Well exaggeration but its needlessly convoluted. The console proves it doesnt need to be that way , so i dont understand why theres not a modern scheme. Its just not satisfying , its no fun. I genuinely cant understand how anyone enjoys any games this way

Do not ever, I mean EVER, reference using a controller on an Arma 3 forum again. I will forgive you this one time.

You're overcomplicating it. The game is not that difficult. Just play it like a regular fps. If you don't want to use all the standing variations or such then just stick to crouch and prone. Outside of that you have the usual m for map, l for light, I for inventory that you see in basically any major game releases.

Thanks I am remapping a lot of it. Can you tell me what are the commands to go up and down on the map to zoom in and out? I can zoom out but not in

If I remember correctly I just used the mouse scroll wheel to do that.

It really isn't and never will be. You just have to bite the bullet and dedicate your time to kb&m. After I switched I never wanted to use a controller for fps ever again
