To answer the original question, it's because Arma 3 is an unfinished game. Sure, it's updated frequently but they never fix the real problems like the armor system, the ridiculously underpowered weapons, and dozens of other things I could name.
SP and MP both have the same weapons and caliber "punch".
Because the stamina system was implemented only fundamentally, exhaustion is simulated by weaponsway. The more one is out of breath, the more the weapon is inaccurate.
Injuries affect the accuracy, too. When you gets a first aid, you are often not fully recovered to 100% health.
Unlike to the previous games there is no simulation of bipods in the prown position. On the knees it has more wiggle as in the lie, the most you wiggle in the stand.
Needless to say that all these effects are accumulating.
You can define a key to simulate 'Hold breath', (normally together with the same key like 'Zoom')
Arma is one of thse games it takes a massive amount of playtime to become good with a regular assault rifle, even with an RCO or ACRO.
When fighting against OPFOR with a mx it usually only takes 3-4 body shots to take them down unless your fighting at really long ranges.
What are you talking about? The AI is standing with its back infront of you, you lie down and are pumping 28 rounds of your mag into the target...and it turns to you and kills you with 2 rounds?
When you have such bad gaming experience on a '30 ping wasteland server', why don't you start to play _another mode_ at _another server_? Probably it is the continuous running script for the 'kills list at the botton left' causing this lag?
I have never heard before about such a bug. It can't be that you are the only one who has this effect! What are the other players doing differently, who are not affected?
You'd be wrong, i play at 80-100 fps with a solid internet connection.
I like how he didn't really read what he was saying(nor did he even know wtf he is talking about)... He was CLEARLY talking about this happening against a player, not "AI". That could NOT of been more obvious, yeesh..
I have a comp meant to over kill this game(and many for a few years to come) and i have flawless FPS with a pretty good internet connection. I've seen that delay happen quite a few times after shooting someone down ontop of hearing other people talk about it as well.
But Mirudes, don't let that stop you from talking before pulling your head out of your a**. Because you clearly have some great ill-informed opinions to spew out..
