EDIT: Just tried again for good measure, no mod folders present in root, Expansion tab empty(except default Arma 3, Karts, DLC, bundle and Zeus), up to date, non dev branch
-Red Servers
Even after manualy cleaning all my folders it turns out there were still @______'s in my documents or somewhere abouts, needless to say it wasn't resolved until a clean install and the use of A3sync.
With Arma 3 sync it enables and disables mods for you BEFORE your boot in, making changes to mod playlists fast and easy!
My recommendation would be to use withSix to install/update your mods, use Arma 3 sync to enable/disable mods and boot up game. Go to youtube for short basic functionality tutorials and the rest just comes with use.
The whole verifying game cache is the equivilant to the help desk's "Is the cable Plugged in?" For me that button has only fixed completely corrupted files which most commonly prevent boot in all together, most issues will not seed back to that damned.. overstated.. button.
The point is, if you have red dots it means that you have a mod that is not compatible with the servers, therefore installing more mods and addons only makes the problem worse
