Selling us DLC (especially the Marksman weapon one) for a game they NEVER finished. This game should of never have gone to 1.0 - it's totally unfinished, and has only barely changed since Beta. I've been playing since Alpha and there are so many things in this game that just have barely been improved if at all since then. This is a pre-release, but it appears they'll never finish it - they'll start giving us more dumb DLC's of some half-baked new items or guns.

How about you give us a proper ammunition system, so Single shell loading weapons and magazines can be more realistically managed, and where did that video of the animated pump action go? We havn't got a shotgun at all, for that matter, and the modded ones are still bound to using the illogical 'magazine of individual shells' rather than a proper shotgun loading system such as in the 's.t.a.l.k.e.r.' game, or accounting for rounds still chambered when switching magazines? Most modern games are up to scratch with this Reality, but not this realism simulator, apparantly.

How about fixing the AI and collision, which appears to be just as poor as it was in Operation Flashpoint? Don't insult our intelligence by calling this game 1.0, or trying to sell us expansions. You've gotten HEAPS of our money (and for DayZ, now, too) and you have enough to pay your developers to do their job, which is to finish what you start. I wouldn't be suprised if you Think you can just leave Arma 3 as half-completed as it is and start on Arma 4 or VBS3. You havn't fooled us all, though.

They are adding a better tutorial, ok thats good.
They are adding firing from vehicles, which they promised on release, and fixing the AI a bit.
They are improving the gunplay.

It sounds to me like they are betaing the game in release and then will work on the expansion when it REALLY comes out.

it is the interview with developers man, not someones mood on facebook. i can bet with anyone we'll get new map(s). that is not doubtfull at all. and it wasnt before this kart dlc, dont know what people are upset about so much anyway.

i hope we'll all be alive and well when dlcs come out, and we can then write about the facts. no one is forcing anyone to buy anything more, you already have arma3, enjoy it, i will, lets play some game, see you on battlefield. we should all get together and play some coop :D

so you just skip that dlc and get new map for free, isnt that better for you?

I blushed when they released DayZ on top of an old map. And ppl ate it up like it was bacon. Ppl obviously want to wander around the woods looking for a can of tuna and some polite conversation.

Once you have to say this you know something is wrong.

quite opposite. nothing is wrong, all is fine. why you feel you have to buy something you dont think is ok? i think it is ok, and will buy it, even if whole dlc is one gun and one heli :D

Because they are selling something you know can at least be thought of as not ok. When companies start to do things everyone says "oh just ignore it" but then you end up with features removed. Look at the TW series. In shogun 2 they sold faction packs and everyone went "well it doesnt matter i can just not buy them" and now in rome 2 we have to buy basic things like greece and nomads.

Everyone should think of the bright side of this: at least there's no reason not to lift any boycotts you have placed...

Just let Arma die. There's still need for a proper MILITARY simulator (or "sandbox" how they like to call it). Someone else will make it...

This is why I only by games that are on sale or at reduced price anymore and don't pay the full $60 because it can add up. I foolishly did that in the past and ended up paying $80 to $100 for a game with dlc which is rediculous for what it is.
