I think the only one who can unban you is battleye. Contact them again.

If they do not unban you, then never buy any battleye enabled games again on your account.

If you are 100 percent certain you did not cheat, or had any tools ( like cheatengine) running while playing a battleye enabled game, then never buy any of those games again on any account.

Globally banned by BattlEye? See This.[forums.bistudio.com]
BattlEye Support[www.battleye.com]

Only advice is to see the above two links. No one here will be able to help you. Only BattlEye can help and it is unlikely that they have made an error. At some point in your past you have infringed on the ToS of a game protected by BattlEye. Global bans are just that: Global across EVERY game protected by BattlEye. You will still be able to play on non-BattlEye protected servers.

*bump* so um my mate has just installed the games on CD, then he realized that the mod uses diff folder and so on blah blah blah, so he went to steam and so the game became a steam game so on and so on. so now hes installed it through steam and installed DayzLauncher and downloaded mods through there. but now hes got a random global ban. are u saying that there is really no way for someone who has not done anything can be unbanned other than waiting months for an email reply? and im the only one who thinks thats a bit crap?
Hello there

There are no "random" global bans.

All one can do is email BE and if the ban is not legit (which to be fair is very rare) then they will overturn it.

BE wont ban for a sloppy install or even having naughty software, it only bans if it detects a process trying to interfere with DAYZ/Arma etc.

Your "mate" may not be the spotless player you imagine him/her to be.

Rgds
