You'll have to restart that specific mission (not the campaign) from the start to play it again
That solved it, i think the mods are interffering with the main program of the game.
This error occurs only when you drop the mods into the ArmA3 directory.
You can prevent this by creating a folder for each mod.

Next time play the mission without mod loaded and your savegames dont show the dependencies error.

If you have any mods, you have to disable them, then play the campaign while your certain mods are off.
If you don't have any mods at all try "verify integrity" in the properties.
If that also doesn't work, I don't really know what's the problem causing issues in your pc.
If that doesn't work try reinstalling apex.
